Job Description:
The Pre-Litigation Paralegal Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the pre-litigation legal team by ensuring case files are accurate, complete, and well-organized throughout the early stages of litigation. This position works closely with paralegals and attorneys to manage medical records, billing documentation, liens, and settlement-related materials that directly impact case readiness and outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, patient with follow-up-driven tasks, and comfortable handling complex documentation while maintaining consistent communication with providers and clients. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Candidates who enjoy structured case support work and contributing behind the scenes to successful resolutions will thrive in this position.
• Monthly Compensation Range: from $1,150 USD to $1,220 USD.

Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies
• Prior experience in personal injury or pre-litigation environments preferred
Software and Tools:
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Case management systems
• PDF and document management tools
• Email and calendar systems
Required Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in file management
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow up persistently with providers and third parties
