Job Description:
This role offers an opportunity to play a meaningful part in supporting clients through the pre-litigation phase of personal injury matters while working closely with a collaborative legal team at Job Duck. As a Virtual Case Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and advancing case files, maintaining consistent client communication, and ensuring critical documentation is collected and tracked accurately.
Your daily work will have a direct impact on client experience by helping cases move forward efficiently and compassionately. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values trust and responsiveness, and takes pride in managing details with care. • Compensation Range: 1,220 USD - 1,320 USD per month
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through resolution
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance
• Monitor case progress and ensure clients move efficiently through each phase
• Log activities and communications accurately in the CRM system
• Support attorneys and team members with additional administrative and case-related tasks as needed
• Collect, organize, and upload client documents accurately
• Request, track, and manage medical records and related documentation
• Handle approximately 16 to 30 client calls per day
