Job Duck is seeking a dedicated Trainer who is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. In this role, the Trainer will deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen employee skills and support ongoing organizational development. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, adapts quickly, and communicates with clarity and confidence. They will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure that each training initiative is effective, aligned, and consistently improving. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys facilitating learning, solving problems, and creating meaningful impact each day.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:
Required Skills:
•2+ years of experience delivering or facilitating training in a corporate or professional setting.
•Post-secondary education inEducation,Human Resources,Organizational •Development,Communication,Psychology, or a related field is an asset, butnotrequired.
•Certifications or coursework in adult learning, instructional design, or training delivery is aplus, but notmandatory
