Job Description:
Join us as Intake Specialist and become the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping shape a positive and professional experience from the very first interaction. In this role, you will manage inbound calls, guide clients through the intake process, and ensure critical information is captured accurately and efficiently. Your daily work will directly support legal operations by keeping client data organized, engagement letters prepared, and onboarding seamless.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with empathy and clarity, and takes pride in being detail-oriented and dependable. You will work closely with a dedicated legal team and play a vital role in keeping client relationships moving forward smoothly.
• Salary Range: USD 1,142 to 1,220 USD per month
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with new client setup and onboarding workflows
• Prepare and send engagement letters accurately and promptly
• Manage client intake processes from initial contact through onboarding
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized client records
• Gather case-related information from designated online sources
• Conduct conflict checks in accordance with internal procedures
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner -Call volume: 31 to 45 calls per day
• Support general reception and administrative tasks as needed
