A company is looking for a Case Manager (Annuity) to provide personalized service to financial advisors while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor new business submissions and manage issues through resolution
- Complete suitability reviews for annuity applications and ensure timely processing of cases
- Communicate with advisors to provide updates on contract status and resolve complex service issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
- One year of experience in financial services operations or a related industry
- Knowledge of annuity products and operations preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- PC skills for data entry and documentation
