A company is looking for a Lighthouse Case Coordinator to manage case tracking and support for a digital prosthetic lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Lighthouse Queue and Tracker, ensuring all cases are accurately recorded and tracked
- Prepare and print LabRx scripts, managing materials and ensuring designs are current for production
- Provide customer service support through various channels, addressing inquiries and coordinating with the design team
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Data entry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented
