A company is looking for a Case Manager to resolve technical and non-technical issues related to its services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Network and System administrators to achieve common goals
- Act as the first-line support for internal and external parties
- Continuously optimize processes to enhance customer service experience
Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, and cloud concepts
- At least 5 years of experience in IT/Telecommunications
- Good understanding of IT best practices and ITIL v3
- CCNA or equivalent certification required
- Experience with Network Management & Monitoring Tools
