A company is looking for an Enhanced Case Management Coordinator III.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate reviews, referrals, and outreach for referral-based strategies while engaging with members
- Document all member engagement accurately within the Microsoft CRM system
- Manage escalated case management questions and collaborate with vendor partners for member support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years of administrative support experience required
- Experience in patient-provider engagement and coordination of care preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology and basic benefit plan design terminology
- Strong analytical skills
