Guiding clients through the insurance process, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Case Manager will manage incoming and outgoing calls, address client needs, and meet weekly performance metrics in an onsite environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls to clients
- Serve as a guide through the insurance process, ensuring client satisfaction
- Meet weekly performance metrics related to client interactions
Required qualifications
- Must hold a Tennessee Licensed Case Manager certification
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume setting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
