Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, people-centered Client Intake & Engagement Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our prospective clients. This role is essential to ensuring every individual who reaches out feels heard, supported, and aligned with our mission from the very first interaction.
As the hub of our intake and onboarding process, you will help guide potential clients from initial inquiry to becoming active clients by providing clear communication, thorough follow-through, and excellent service.
Schedule:
• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 12:00PM – 9:00PM EST
• Tuesday and Wednesday: Off
• Saturday and Sunday : 9:00AM - 06:00PM EST
Monthly Compensation: 1,226 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Respond promptly and professionally to all communication from potential clients (phone, email, text, etc.).
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems (or eager to learn)
- Warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor
- Enjoys engaging with people and representing the organization’s values
