Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Temp-to-Hire, Onsite)
Location: In‑office, 5 days/week (not remote)
Our client is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented paralegal to support their Employment Litigation team with document preparation, filing, calendaring, and case organization. This temp‑to‑hire role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple deadlines with precision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, deposition notices, and correspondence.
- Coordinate filing, service, and delivery of legal documents.
- E-filing
- Assist with trial prep, including exhibits, witness coordination, research, and meeting support.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure documents are easy to locate.
- Calendar deadlines, hearings, and key dates.
- Support attorneys with additional administrative and case‑related tasks.
Qualifications
- Must work onsite 5 days/week; this is a long‑term, non‑remote role.
- 3+ years of experience in a law firm supporting attorneys.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Paralegal certification or advanced paralegal education strongly preferred.
