This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑driven professional who excels at complex scheduling, client interaction, and high‑level administrative coordination. You will primarily support a partner with a leading labor and employment practice, and support someone known for being approachable, clear in expectations, and appreciative of accuracy and responsiveness. Heavy calendar management experience is essential. The firm offers a hybrid 3/2 work schedule after the first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and client communications
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports
- Handle time entry, expenses, and routine correspondence
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel
- Support client onboarding, billing, and relationship management
- Collaborate with a team of Legal Executive Assistants and internal departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Expert in Microsoft Office; quick learner of new systems
- Exceptional communication, judgment, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and discreet
