Job Description:
This role offers the opportunity to support personal injury clients throughout the full lifecycle of their cases while becoming an essential part of a fast-moving legal team at Job Duck. Each day, you will guide clients through critical steps, maintain organized case documentation, and ensure that every detail is handled with accuracy and care. You will communicate frequently with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters, helping maintain clarity and trust as cases progress.

This role is ideal for a professional who is steady under pressure, committed to clear communication, and motivated by helping clients navigate sensitive situations.
• Salary Range: 1,220 USD to 1,320 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for more than one hundred active clients
• Review all client messages daily to identify urgent needs
• Confirm that all financial details including medical costs, out of pocket expenses, and insurance payments are correct and recoverable
• Maintain thorough internal case notes and follow up tracking
• Create and maintain client profiles in Clio and ensure all documentation is uploaded, organized, and current
• Gather, verify, and document personal, medical, and insurance information
• Prepare accurate and complete demand packages for attorney review
• Reconcile discrepancies between provider billing, insurance records, and client provided information
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, liability, and demand submissions
• Communicate with medical providers to obtain records, verify billing, and resolve questions
• Update demand packages when coverage limits or attorney guidance require revisions
• De escalate sensitive or high stress client concerns with professionalism
• Ensure timely responses to clients even when full updates are pending
• Manage high volume communication including weekly phone calls and two hundred or more messages per week
• Conduct daily follow ups during the client onboarding period and ongoing weekly follow ups thereafter
