Entry-Level International Trade Paralegal

Consilio is recruiting an Entry-Level International Trade Paralegal to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding International Trade Group in Washington, D.C. This team represents foreign-based clients and U.S. importers in matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor filings of trade-related actions in U.S. agencies and international jurisdictions
- Conduct online and in-person filings with U.S. government agencies and Federal Courts
- Draft and file routine applications and transmittal letters
- Track and review public files at agencies and courts
- Research and follow trade-related news, trends, and proceedings
- Maintain client case files and docketing calendars
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.7
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to commit for at least 2 years
