We’re hiring a Junior Dispatcher to support our fast-growing USA trucking operations.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help keep operations running smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support
Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue resolution
Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities
Track performance and report on delivery progress
Support customers and internal teams with clear, timely communication
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Proactive and solution-focused mindset
Experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer support
Experience with cold calling or sales
Exposure to trucking or transportation environments
