Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Case Manager to support our growing legal team.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.
You will play a critical role in supporting case progression, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple practice areas.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. PST
Monthly compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Request, track, and organize medical records and documentation
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
- Ensure all communications reflect professionalism and clarity
- Support attorneys with case preparation
- Assist with pre-litigation case development (Personal Injury)
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents (training provided)
- Communicate with clients and medical providers via phone and email
Requirements:
- Legal background or prior law firm experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Clear speaking voice with strong articulation
- Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence
- Strong grammar and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems/processes
