Job Description:
Join Job Duck as a Staffer Skills Facilitator and play a key role in strengthening employee growth and development across the organization. In this position, you will lead initiatives that identify skill gaps, coordinate impactful training programs, and support team members in reaching their professional goals. Your work will directly influence performance outcomes, employee engagement, and the overall learning culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast changing environment, enjoys working cross functionally, and is passionate about helping others grow. You will make a meaningful impact by aligning training strategies with organizational needs and fostering continuous improvement.
Compensation: 900 USD+ Stipend
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage personal development plans and performance improvement plans for employees
- Support succession planning by identifying high potential talent and aligning development opportunities
- Stay updated on workforce development trends and incorporate best practices into programs
- Promote a strong learning culture and encourage participation in development programs
- Participate in regular team meetings and performance discussions with leadership
- Collaborate with trainers and content creators to ensure training materials meet skill requirements
- Monitor training participation, engagement, and effectiveness, providing regular performance reports
- Advise managers and teams on training strategies based on performance feedback and gaps
- Coordinate training schedules with department leaders to align with operational priorities
- Maintain accurate training records and track progress on development initiatives
- Conduct skills audits, training needs analysis, and gap assessments to identify development opportunities
- Develop and coordinate training plans aligned with organizational goals and performance needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Learning and Development or Skills Development roles
• Experience conducting training needs analysis, skill audits, and performance evaluations
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field preferred but not required
• Certification in Skills Development Facilitation or Adult Education is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high accountability environment
• Full time position aligned with operational business hours
