Job Description:
Join Job Duck as an Intake Specialist and play a vital front line role in shaping first impressions and guiding potential clients through their initial journey. In this position, you will manage incoming inquiries, handle phone calls with confidence and care, and help convert interest into scheduled legal consultations. Your daily impact will center on building trust, clearly explaining the value of working with an attorney, and ensuring every caller feels heard and supported. • Monthly Compensation Range: 1,142 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Document all intake information accurately within the CRM
• Act as a receptionist and primary point of contact for new inquiries
• Maintain responsiveness to incoming leads and follow up promptly as needed
• Manage the sales focused aspects of intake, including consultation conversion
• Handle inbound intake calls and greet prospective clients professionally and empathetically
• Explain the value of legal services and guide callers through the consultation process
• Schedule consultations and coordinate appointment details accurately
Requirements:
• 1 year experience as an Intake Specialist or Client facing role with sales
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions
• Ability to explain the value of legal services clearly and ethically
• Honest and supportive communication style
• Highly responsive and well organized
• Comfortable handling consultative sales conversations
• Detail-oriented with strong follow up habits
• Professional phone presence
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Expected call volumes: 10-15 calls daily
