A company is looking for an EAP Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for service users accessing EAP/Mental Health services
- Provide brief therapeutic support and conduct clinical assessments to determine service user needs
- Implement risk management plans and collaborate with global clinical teams
Required Qualifications:
- Master's level counselling qualification appropriate to professional standards in Canada
- Current registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification therapeutic delivery experience
- Experience working with a range of psychological health and workplace-related issues
- Experience managing high-risk cases, including suicide and substance abuse
