Job Description:
This role offers an opportunity to provide high-level support as a personal executive assistant within a dynamic and mission-driven environment at Job Duck. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, communicating with clients, and supporting workflows that evolve over time. You will help maintain organized operations, oversee client follow-ups, and ensure that important information is managed with care and accuracy. The role is well suited for an individual who thrives in fast-paced settings, takes initiative, and handles confidential details with professionalism and empathy. Candidates who value precision, compassion, and strong client relationships will excel in this position.
• Monthly Compensation Range: 1,060 to 1,150 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing executive-level support with professionalism and discretion
• Preparing and organizing client information and materials
• Assisting with various administrative duties based on evolving needs
• Prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion
• Supporting immigration-related processes when needed
• Organizing files, tasks, and documentation
• Communicating with clients and managing follow-ups
• Maintaining confidentiality in all written and verbal communication
• Assisting with client communication through RingCentral and Gmail
• Managing and updating CRM records in Clio
Requirements:
Experience in Immigration Law is a plus
At least 1 year in an Executive Assistant role
Software and tools:Clio, RingCentral, Gmail
Experience with immigration processes is appreciated
Clio experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work with minimal training
Must be comfortable interacting with clients and managing follow-ups
Proficient in organizing files, tasks, and documentation
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Remote Pacific Standard Time [PST]

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)
