We are looking for a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to two attorneys in leadership positions within a dynamic legal team. This role involves managing a variety of litigation and administrative tasks while ensuring the seamless execution of workflows and schedules. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative processes, ensuring tasks related to legal, billing, and client services are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage complex attorney calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and maintaining punctuality for meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate communication across departments, including billing and business development, to facilitate smooth operations.
• Prepare, format, and finalize legal documents with precision and professionalism.
• Utilize advanced task management tools, including AI-integrated systems, to monitor workflows and maintain accountability.
• Uphold confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Provide support during attorney onboarding and assist with training related to practice areas.
• Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Exceptional proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using technology tools, calendar management systems, and billing platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
• At least 4 years of legal administrative experience, with preference given to candidates with leadership or advanced administrative backgrounds.
• Familiarity with e-filing, civil litigation procedures, and court filing processes.
