Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive Client Intake & Client Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our prospective and current clients.
Because our firm focuses on criminal defense and family law, many callers are experiencing one of the most difficult moments of their lives. This role requires patience, compassion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make clients feel heard and supported.
You will handle a wide range of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, ensuring that every inquiry is responded to immediately, every lead is followed up on consistently, and every detail is documented with accuracy.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00PM CST
Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
