Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Assistant. The Legal Assistant will manage day-to-day tasks such as preparing and organizing legal documents, providing administrative assistance, and supporting attorneys in their casework. The role involves effective communication with clients and allied professionals, maintaining case files, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Law and ability to assist in legal research and processes
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and creating professional-quality files
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and legal professionals
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and managing office operations
- Knowledge of responsibilities and tasks specific to Legal Assistant roles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Certification, or a related discipline preferred
