Job Description:
Join Job Duck as the end-to-end HubSpot Marketing Specialist driving strategy and execution for a growing legal practice. In this hands-on role, you will translate business goals into measurable campaigns across email, social, video, and CRM while building AI-enabled workflows that improve speed and accuracy. You will collaborate directly with the firm’s lead attorney, own the roadmap, and continuously optimize based on data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and call tracking. • Monthly Salary Range:1,245 to 1,350 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Document processes, maintain compliance, and ensure marketing operations remain organized and auditable
• Own the firm’s complete marketing strategy and ensure daily execution aligns with business goals
• Coordinate with external vendors, track deliverables, and translate their output into internal reporting
• Communicate proactively with the Owner and provide timely updates, follow-ups, and time tracking
Create, format, test, schedule, and send monthly newsletters and marketing emails in HubSpot
• Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across email, social media, video, and CRM systems
• Track current ad campaigns using Google Analytics and compile cross channel data
• Create, send, and track all HubSpot email campaigns, including list management and performance reporting
• Translate vendor activity into internal documentation and results reporting
• Track and analyze all marketing performance data across Google Analytics, CallRail, spreadsheets, and internal reports
• Manage content creation and posting for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including engagement monitoring
• Prepare and deliver a weekly marketing summary to the Owner
• Edit and repurpose video content for use across multiple marketing channels
• Maintain, clean, segment, and update HubSpot lists and contact records
• Edit videos provided by the Owner and support planning and preparation
• Plan and execute campaign based marketing initiatives with clear timelines and assets
• Maintain accurate contact, lead, and matter information in HubSpot, Clio, and Google Sheets
Requirements:
Proven ownership of marketing strategy and execution
Domain Experience: Law firms or regulated professional services
Comfort working directly with attorneys and handling confidential information
Manual spreadsheet based reporting with consistent data hygiene
Execution experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
At least a year of direct, hands on HubSpot execution including email and list management
Tools:
HubSpot for email campaigns, list management, and campaign tracking
Clio for matter and contact updates
Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Gmail
Google Analytics for campaign tracking and site performance
CallRail for call attribution and analysis
Social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn company pages, and YouTube
Slack for daily communications
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
