Job Description:
This Estate Planning Case Coordinator role offers an opportunity to provide essential support within an estate planning and probate law practice while maintaining meaningful connections with clients navigating sensitive legal matters. The ideal candidate will independently manage case activity, prepare key legal documents, and ensure the attorney remains fully informed at every stage. This position is well‑suited for someone who is naturally attentive, organized, and comfortable communicating with clarity and compassion. At Job Duck, you will play an integral part in keeping legal matters moving smoothly and helping clients feel supported throughout the process.
● Salary Range: from $1,150 USD to $1,220 USD.
