Job Description:
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people feel supported and informed from their very first interaction. As an Intake Specialist with Job Duck, you will engage with callers, manage scheduling needs, and ensure every inquiry is handled with professionalism and genuine care. Your work will provide clarity and direction for clients while keeping internal operations running smoothly through organized data entry and communication management. Candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, communicate clearly, and remain composed and attentive will excel in this position.
Salary Range: • 1150 USD to 1220 USD

• Office hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST with a lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM

• Outbound: 16 to 30 calls per day
