Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Practice Assistant to join our team in New York City to support the real estate portfolio. The Practice Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to a group of lawyers and professionals in a team environment, effectively and efficiently meeting Firm/client needs. Additionally, prior experience with finalizing AIA contract documents is preferred for this role. The Practice Assistant position is currently a hybrid role with designated days required to be in the office, which may change depending on future needs of the Firm or industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience
4-5 years of experience providing administrative support to legal practitioners
Familiarity with New York State Courts Electronic Filing (NYSCEF)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Experience with document management systems and electronic signature software programs.
Technical document drafting, reviewing and editing experience
Experience managing expenses, billing, invoices, booking travel, moderate calendar responsibilities
Exp drafting and finalizing AIA contract documents, opening new matters, and preparing affidavits of service
Compensation:
$40/hr to $60/hr per year annual salary.
