Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, proofread, edit, and electronically file pleadings in Federal and State courts
- Assist attorneys with case management, including maintaining case files and calendars
- Support various case-related projects and coordinate document organization
- Provide occasional coverage at the reception desk as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal administrative experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools
- Experience with iManage, PowerPoint, and court e-filing systems (preferred)
Skills And Certifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal support role
Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and InTapp required
Experience With IManage And PowerPoint Is a Plus
