Compensation: Approximately $73,000-$115,000+ annually, plus bonus and benefits

What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and filing pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and court documents.
- Managing attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
- Serving as a key point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
- Supporting attorneys throughout the lifecycle of litigation matters.
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Practice Specialist, Attorney Practice Assistant, or similar professional.
- Experience with state and federal court procedures, calendaring, and filing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of litigation terminology and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
