To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will work remotely to manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to ensure effective recovery and return to work.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement tailored treatment plans
- Assess the recovery of disabled individuals by interviewing them and evaluating their injuries and conditions
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and modifying goals based on treatment effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, with a focus on workers' compensation
- Reliable internet access for remote work
