We are hiring a full-time Legal Practice Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to a group of litigation associates and partners, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (two days onsite) | New York, NY
PAY: $65 - 115k + Overtime + Discretionary Bonus

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both on your own and with a team.
- Professional, positive attitude and happy to help out with both big projects and everyday tasks.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for attorneys, handling calls and keeping calendars organized.
- Draft, format, and proofread emails, presentations, spreadsheets, and memos.
- Handle time entry, take care of weekly expense reports, and process vendor invoices.
- Book complex travel arrangements, handle shipping and couriers, and order catering for meetings.
- Help out with everyday office tasks like printing, scanning, filing, event planning, and backing up other team members.
