We're a growing remote travel team looking for a client-focused, detail-oriented professional to join us as a Remote Travel Client Experience Representative.
In this role you'll support clients from the moment they start planning their trip all the way through post-travel follow-up, handling bookings, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction reflects a high standard of service. Everything is done remotely with flexible scheduling. Full training and onboarding are provided from day one. No prior travel industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
- Follow up with clients proactively to confirm travel details and overall satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and booking records across internal systems.
