Scope Services is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Remote Call Center Representative to support utility and energy efficiency programs. This position will primarily support our Florida Power & Light (FPL) On Call project; however, project assignments and work schedules may change based on business needs.
Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, scheduling appointments, processing and reviewing work orders, ensuring required documentation is complete, and submitting completed work orders for payment processing. This role will also work directly with field technicians to obtain missing information, request corrections, and ensure work orders meet client requirements before submission.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
