Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Intake & Outreach Coordinator to own and manage our intake process from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring that every potential client receives a warm, professional first impression and is guided efficiently to the right resources.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM PST
Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule intake calls and book consultations
- Conduct outreach to clients and referral partners
- Follow up consistently with leads, clients, and partners
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
- Monitor the attorney’s email for incoming business opportunities
- Send meeting reminders and ensure smooth communication
- Qualify leads and determine the appropriate practice area
- Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Own and manage the intake process end-to-end
- Triage calls to the correct team members
Requirements:
