We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now, plan configuration, and file feed integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain benefits, payroll, and HR plans in ADP Workforce Now.
Build and manage file feeds using 834 EDI and CSV formats.
Troubleshoot configuration and data integration issues.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
Perform system testing, QA, and documentation.
Support compliance and optimize HR system workflows.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Lyric
Experience with plan configuration and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of 834 EDI, CSV file feeds, and HRIS systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with data mapping and system integrations preferred.

Preferred:

HRIS or payroll administration background.
Experience with HR technology implementations and compliance processes.
