Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and team members.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Support the coordination of company events, travel arrangements, and client visits.
