Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. This role involves administrative tasks, communication management, data handling, and assisting in coordinating with farmers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, calendars, and daily schedules
Handle data entry and maintain organized records
Assist in customer communication and follow-ups
Support onboarding of farmers to our platform and app
Conduct basic online research and compile reports
Help manage social media messages and inquiries
Coordinate tasks between different departments
Assist with documentation and operational workflows

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar tools
Basic knowledge of digital tools and online platforms
