Legal Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support our legal team in providing high-quality legal services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in estate planning and will play a critical role in managing client files and assisting attorneys in case preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents related to estate planning, including wills and trusts.
- Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Conduct legal research as needed to support ongoing cases.
- Maintain schedules and coordinate appointments for attorneys and clients.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in estate planning.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and document preparation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
