Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Intake Specialist to be the warm, reliable, and proactive first point of contact for our personal injury clients. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive client experience from the first call to the opening of a new file. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, and able to connect with people while managing multiple tasks with professionalism.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm PST
Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Average of daily calls expected: 16 to 30
