Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Case Assistant to support a fast-paced Plaintiff’s Personal Injury practice at Job Duck. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing cases by organizing medical documentation, coordinating with providers and insurance representatives, and supporting attorneys with accurate and timely case preparation. You will serve as a steady point of contact for clients navigating stressful and uncertain circumstances, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their legal journey. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, values precision, and takes pride in contributing to meaningful legal outcomes. If you are organized, empathetic, and motivated by impact-driven work, this role offers daily purpose and long-term growth.
• Compensation Range: $1,150 to $1,220 USD

• Native-level fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• 2-3 years of experience.

Additional Job Description
• Full-time role supporting a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law practice
• Work schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time
• Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• High-volume, document-intensive legal environment
• Requires the ability to manage multiple cases at different stages simultaneously
• Two-monitor setup required to efficiently manage documentation and systems
• Second monitor may be reimbursed upon start
