Global Am Law 100 firm with a reputation for delivering sophisticated legal services across a broad range of industries and jurisdictions. They are recruiting a full-time Corporate Legal Assistant to join their Transactions practice group, supporting complex deals across M&A, private equity, capital markets, and general corporate matters.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide day-to-day administrative and substantive support to corporate transactional attorneys across multiple active matters
- Assist in the preparation, organisation, and review of transaction documents, including purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and closing deliverables
- Coordinate and manage closings - including signature page compilation, closing checklists, bring-down certificates, and post-closing book assembly
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including entity searches, good standing certificates, and corporate organisational document review
- Assist with entity formation, qualification, and maintenance filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare and file UCC financing statements and coordinate lien and related searches
- Manage document management systems, maintain matter files, and track critical deadlines
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, outside counsel, and internal business services teams on assigned matters
- Handle attorney calendaring, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and time entry using firm timekeeping systems
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 3 years of corporate transactions experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Solid understanding of M&A, corporate governance, or capital markets deal processes
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-service-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight, non-negotiable deadlines
- Comfortable working alongside attorneys, paralegals, and business services colleagues at all levels of seniority
- High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, document management software, PDF tools, and Elite or comparable timekeeping software
- Flexibility to work overtime when deal timelines require
