Legal Executive Assistant
Adams & Martin Group is working with a top law firm to identify a polished Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and enjoys being a true strategic partner to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level support to multiple Partners, including proactive calendaring, meeting coordination, and daily workflow management
- Serve as a central point of contact across attorneys, clients, and firm leadership
- Handle complex administrative tasks: scheduling, document editing, time entry, correspondence, and detailed expense reports
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including multi‑leg itineraries and frequent changes
- Support client onboarding, billing, and relationship‑management activities
- Assist with special projects and firm initiatives
- Collaborate within a team‑based support model and provide backup coverage as needed

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Tech‑savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills

- Happy to work 4 days onsite to support team
