About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal departments on benefit contributions
- Assisting in preparing litigation and arbitration papers
- Managing contractor accounts and processing payments
- Performing general office administrative tasks
- Answering phones and managing correspondence
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Familiarity with Legal documents and terminology
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong writing and communication skills
Desired Skills:
