Job Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential legal, administrative, and client‑facing support for a dynamic law practice partnered with Job Duck. As a Executive Legal Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations by preparing documents, coordinating communication, and managing case information with consistency and care. You will engage directly with clients, support attorneys with case preparation, and maintain organized digital workflows across multiple platforms. Individuals who thrive in structured environments, communicate clearly, and enjoy assisting others will excel in this role. Your contributions will help ensure clients receive the highest level of service while enabling the legal team to operate efficiently and effectively.
• Monthly Salary Range: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Perform general administrative clerk duties to maintain office organization
• Provide ongoing legal assistance support to attorneys
• Draft and upload legal documents accurately and on time
• Coordinate communication through Dialpad and internal platforms
• Maintain up‑to‑date case records in MyCase and other systems
• Liaise with potential clients and support intake processes
• Offer executive administrative support as needed
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation, case updates, and next steps
• Assist in maintaining consistent workflows and internal communication
• Conduct research or gather case‑related information when requested
• Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling through Outlook
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong follow‑up and time‑management abilities
• Ability to protect and maintain confidential information
• At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant
• Professionalism in client interactions
