Key Responsibilities
- Process and review financial assistance applications for eligibility based on established policies
- Perform data entry, document review, and maintain electronic records of financial assistance applications
- Communicate with patients to clarify application details and ensure compliance with financial assistance policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience preferred in data entry, clerical, administrative, or healthcare support roles
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry accurately
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
