A global hedge fund is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its Investor Relations and Fund Marketing teams. This role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and focuses on managing legal workflows, coordinating cross-functional requests, and supporting investor and distribution initiatives.
Responsibilities include tracking legal requests, supporting fund operations and investor processes, assisting with distribution agreements and side letters, and helping maintain compliance across marketing and investor activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, early-career experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience within funds or asset management is beneficial but not essential.
