Job Description:
Join Job Duck as a Bilingual Intake Specialist and become part of a dynamic team that makes a direct impact on client experience. You will handle client intake, manage scheduling, and ensure seamless communication across the team. • Salary Range: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Handle intake and gather new client information
• Answer phone calls and text messages promptly
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely engagement
• Contact clients and prospects to convert them into clients, primarily via phone calls.
• Communicate with tutors to coordinate activities
• Manage email communications
• Schedule classes and manage related logistics
• Monitor and follow up on tasks to ensure completion across the admin team
