Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Client Relations Specialist to manage client communications, scheduling, and administrative processes. This role is essential for ensuring smooth client onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the legal team with operational efficiency.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 05:00PM MST
Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Average daily amount of calls expected: 1 to 5

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law firm
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong customer service skills with empathy and professionalism
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with case management software (MyCase preferred). Committed, reliable, and able to work independently
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) required
- Kind and approachable demeanor.
