Job Description:
Join Job Duck as a Virtual Family Law Legal Assistant and become a vital part of a dynamic legal team focused on family law. In this role, you’ll support attorneys by drafting legal documents, organizing discovery materials, and communicating directly with clients.
Your work will help ensure that families receive the legal support they need during some of life’s most challenging moments. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where empathy and precision matter, this is the opportunity for you.

- Monthly Salary: 1150 to 1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
•Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
•Software: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
•Must have prior experience working in a law firm
•Experience in family law (divorce, custody, support) is highly preferred
•Must be comfortable speaking with clients daily
•Must be able to draft legal documents under attorney's direction
•Must assist with discovery: gathering, organizing, and redacting documents
•Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe is required
•Training will be provided for MyCase, Family Law Software, and CoraNexa
