Job Description:
We are seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage the systems and processes that power our marketing and sales funnel. In this role, you will ensure every lead is captured, tracked, nurtured, and seamlessly handed off to the intake team. You will configure and optimize HubSpot workflows, maintain clean data, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience preferred
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing analytics
Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, and automations
HubSpot certification(s) strongly preferred; other CRM experience a plus
HubSpot CRM administration
Workflow automation and optimization
Lead scoring and funnel management
Data analysis and reporting
Integration management between marketing tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Time management and multitasking abilities
